  1. Helps you through the recruiting process.
  2. Expands your knowledge on the NCAA and NAIA.
  3. Works with players to create Bio's, post them online, and send them to college coaches.
  4. Discusses your college options based on grades, majors, needs, etc...
  5. Talks with college coaches specifically on your behalf at National Qualifiers, college matches, and other sanctioned events.
  6. Makes personal phone calls directly to colleges and continue to follow up with colleges that you are interested in.

  1. Paye's Volleyball Club helps each player create their own customized recruiting video for colleges.
  2. Evaluates and modifies recruiting video as a player's skill develops over the years.
